I am a protein biochemist and cell biologist, with a Ph.D from the University of Leeds. I've worked for some of the world's biggest scientific companies and some of the smallest. I've expertise in building processes and teams from scratch, but also building on and improving current set-ups. I'm an experienced laboratory manager and project manager, performing everything from COSHH to building new labs. I also understand the importance of quality, being a trained study director, and having implemented eQMS.
